[French] Place au lyrisme ensuite, avec les Variations opus 3 de Szymanowski, interprétées par Marianna Abrahamyan. Jeu solennel sans être pompeux, rondeur de la sonorité et intelligence des tempi: la pianiste convainc. Marianna Abrahamyan exploite le lyrisme de chaque variation, mais avec une grande économie de moyens. Voilà une interprétation dense et poignante, sans superflu, la musique se suffisant à elle-même.
[English translation] And now, some lyricism with the Variations opus 3 by Szymanowski, played by Marianna Abrahamyan. Solemn playing, but not pompous, the sound is round and the tempi intelligently chosen: we are convinced. Marianna Abrahamyan uses the lyricism present in each variation while playing in a very simple manner. A dense and poignant interpretation, without any unnecessary frills, the music being self-sufficient.

[English translation] Plebiscited by the students of the conservatoire, the Armenian pianist gives once more the same lush sound in Pilippe Hersant’s Le Carillon D'Orléans. Although Variations Op. 3 by Karol Szymanowski still follows on from the romantic tradition, the young pianist’s powerful and inhabited interpretation commands admiration.
